★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's perhaps the best ISP in and around Borivali/Kandivali West area. The downtime is almost next to nil, and they don't cap their shared connection between their customers, so you might end up enjoying a bandwidth greater than your plan (sometimes). Buy your own router though, they provide a basic TP-LINK 150N model.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly Recommend to everyone who are planning to get the new broadband connection or want to change their current connection....I am using it since 2 years and hardly have a down issues. Tejas Bhai from Powernet is very responsive and supportive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyday some problem arises, it's either bad Internet connectivity, low speeds or no Internet access altogether. Both the owners are unprofessional in their conduct as they don't even answer the calls. Wouldn't recommend as their service is a waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TEJAS from Powernet has conveniently coughed up a full year subscription fee and the wifi quality sucks to the core....wifi stops every five minutes...
Staff do not pick up calls nor respond to complaints....no concept of after sales services....
Worst Internet service provider ever...
Soon going to lodge a grievance with DOT and TRAI to cancel their license to operate...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi throughout the lock doqn I haven't got a single day of proper connectivity i have called and called they came and asked to change the router I bought a new tp link router but of no avail day by day its getting worse and the owner tejas has taken whole year subscription n now is sitting tight please don't use this powernet I am in the opposite building to them but no connectivity
