★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Proper work, good communication, helping in each and everything.
Negative: some delay in timings, cleaning and rusted water tapes which they didn't repair earlier.
Overall it's an average experience for me, since currently I'm facing lot of water related issues.
However, i got a good support from their relationship manager whose name Ashraf and another one to help me in such cases.

Services are really great as long as they are expecting money from customer but as soon as they have to refund amount that is when things go south. They do not have a set process and guideline on who to escalate when you need help. Really sad with their services. Not at all professional.

My property manager particularly Sony has been very accommodating. She regularly followed up with our requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NoBroker, a comprehensive property management services has some room for improvement.
Most of the email discussions were not tied to the account. Not traceable and RM's have to ask the same questions again and again whenever they are switching. The first sales call landed during my hours, thereafter I never had any call during my day. I felt completely disconnected as there wasn't a proper POC for a while.
I also had hard time getting proper communication as the RM's kept changing (Attrition might be the cause, I suspect).
Once Anisha.J stepped in as RM it went smooth. Anisha happened to work closely to address the issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been a great experience overall, from quite a few touch points. They're very helpful to share details of the process and very responsive towards questions. Special mention to Ashraf from Comprehensive Property Management Service as well as Sagar Khare for helping out quite a bit throughout!
One feedback here is that since a lot of internal teams and formalities are involved into getting a rental accommodation through no broker, would he great to have some kind of regular intimation emails or portal access to be able to see live on what is done vs what is pending so that manual follow ups are required only for specific changes/ questions and not status updates! Overall a breeze through!

My Property Manager was Anisha J she was able to solve all the questions and issues which came in place and managed everything in a great way.
And my Relationship manager was Aswani she was great at facilitating the asks to show the property.
Overall a good experience.

The Property manager and the relationship manager Anisha J was very receptive and ensured that things were done on time.
It was a smooth transition for me. She kept everything well documented and was available and easy approachable w.r.to all my questions and queries. If NoBroker is reading this, please give her a raise, it's because of people like her that the number of people using your services have increased. She is a dedicated, attentive and a very good asset. I repeat do give her the benefits that you are able to since she has been amazing through all this!
