★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the builder has overpriced the project by 800 rs persft. same they have different prices for different people the quote we got first was around 6816 all inc reg cp - the higher the floor the higher the price / now we get a price of 6150 for the top most floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has many seepage issues and in most of the units one bathroom is very smelly. It seems there is some severe fault in bathroom pipelines as well. Their prices are so high unnecessarily. Price doesn't match with the quality. Builder is unresponsive if you want to sell your flat.
