★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic cheats. My phone's volume buttons were not working. Upon reaching them they told me that the motherboard was damaged too, & made a bill of ₹9k for the phone which I bought for ₹10k. Not to mention they charged me ₹150 just for checking the problem!!! I refused & went to a local reaparing shop in Chadni Chow nearby where they gave new buttons for ₹500 only & told me everything with my phone is perfect!!
Lenovo should have strict supervision over its official Service centres. Either way Lenovo doesn't bring any software updates & now their service centres are also cheating!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus, approximately 3 months old whose motherboard somehow decided to die. It took me some time to find this service center, but I eventually found it. I submitted my phone and was told I'll be getting it back in 5 days. I was really worried and stressed about my phone and used to call them everyday. They never had the parts for my phone and I was worried it wouldn't be fixed ever. They then gave me a 7 days time frame for fixing the mobile phone. Finally after 4 days they told me my parts are dispatched and it should be fixed by the 16th of June which actually made 9 days. But one the 7th day early morning I received a call during the first business hours that my phone has been fixed and I could come and collect it. I've collected my phone. My motherboard has been replaced free of charge. These workers are doing a good job and this is a really good and legit service center. If anyone in town has an issue, you gotta come here. They are an authorized and authentic service center. Appreciated. 5 Stars! Keep up the good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center in terms of behavior, professionalism and problem solving capability. After handed over the phone to service center, the technician told me that I opened the the set somewhere outside. So they tried to proof that I tempered the set intentionally. I am aware about warranty criteria and how to handle any product within the warranty period so such type of cheap mentality does not belongs to me rather than belongs to them.

They can't serve properly, they use the opposite counter and The girl manager there doesn't have a good mentality and very poor behavior with very cheater, I think she's crazy. I have been waiting for 3 days but my service is not working. I called them this morning at 26/6/2021 and asked them will you fix my phone? they say we will not do any service.? but I still have the warranty, but they're not working. My phone was Redmi K20 pro and the phone problem was automatically apps force stopped with some times phone automatically restarts. They told me to take the video footage on the screen recorder and send me I sent them the footage. They say I'm using 3rd party apps so they won't serve. Guys,,can you tell me Swiggy, Zomato Amazon, Flipkart, Facebook Messenger, all these applications are 3rd party apps ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't repair your phone here . They charged almost ₹1000 to me for only headphone jack (3.5mm) . That's not right but the vibrator got bad. Now my vibrator is not working . I have to use , because I can't want to go there and they will fix vibrator and will build any other problem in phone. They also charge a lot
Please please don't visit there for repair .
