★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were taken there by the guide who vouched that it is a genuine shop. The salesman showed a lot of uncut stones and explained the process of polishing them which impressed us. But then they didn't let us see the jewels and took us to a separate room to show the rare pieces. None of them had price tags and the salesman gave an arbitrary price. They persuaded us to buy a pancharatna necklace (5 gemstones). When we tested in a gem laboratory back in our home town we were told most of the stones are fake, some of them plastic and the sapphire was of very low quality and it is not even worth INR 1000. We called the shop, sent back the necklace and asked them to refund the amount. By god's grace and with the help of the agent who organised our trip, we were able to get 98% of the money refunded (they took some amount as bank transaction fee). I would strongly suggest to avoid this place at any cost. BEWARE they con you to buy and dont fall a prey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are frauds. I purchased an alleged emerald and diamond necklace which was of very poor quality . When I checked it with other jewellers they confirmed that it was not even half the value of the price I paid .there is this Bengali speaking salesman who is nothing but a fraud, he confirmed that we will full resale value of the necklace from anywhere in the world whereas the it's not even half the value of the price they charged me.
Moreover, they gave me half the value of the gold that I sold them. I don't know how I got cheated so badly but I would request all of you to never step inside such a shop. They are just thieves. If I was an Indian I would have complained to police by now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop at first provided very good service when you enter. So you are made to feel welcome. However, they entice you to buy jewellery at prices you feel might be worth paying for. Saying things such as: they are one off pieces, you won't get them anywhere, they are mined, cut and designed by our own company so you are paying for excellent quality of work. Little does the foreign buyer know that they are being conned! After buying a genuine emerald ring and two stud earrings with semi precious stones (or so I thought) I took it to my jeweller of many years of experience and he quoted not even half the price that i bought it for! I felt very let down and disappointed! The earrings were hardly worth anything. Everything in that shop was double the price and at fixed price. After comparing prices, I would not recommend this shop. My advice would be to shop around where bargaining can take place and where you are not in a way obliged to buy the item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products are very costly here. The complete setup is planned in such a manner that your guide rather than ending the trip after the Amer Fort Visit, will take you to this Cottage Industry. From Guide to Sales man everyone has their commissions fixed and thus the product prices shoots like anything. I had seen few precious gem stones rings here, but the prices are almost 4-5 times higher than the normal market.
Sales man will confuse with things like 100% refund anytime, but it is not refund, rather its a replacement. DONT FALL TRAP TO SUCH INVESTMENT SCHEMES.
Just one suggestion for all, you go and visit the place but always open some websites to check for the market prices and then only make decisions for purchasing the things. Middle class family earns money through extreme hard work, so should also spend wisely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammers, SACAMMERS in all the way but karma is going to take you and I hope it take you VERY WELL, money comes and go but the trascendence of what we do... DON’T, be careful everybody of this place I’m from Mexico and you know very well who I am you cheaters sons, you gross scammers people sell me like 3 times the fair price and you also talk bad about your brothers in Agra telling me that this would be my last chance to get the best price just to realize it was 3 times LESS and 10 times MORE BEAUTIFUL AND VALUABLE PIECES than what your gross store have.
