★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Instructor knows 0 about fitness, he simply advocates lifting very heavy weights and taking unwanted supplements. If you go here, your bones and Body tissue will damage for sure. Also this instructor is a narcissist, He only talks about his past, doesn't care for his students. I went there for 3 Months had health issues, took long time to recover back, nearly 3 Years. Don't destroy your body in the name of pumping muscles.
