Remains of the Cyclopean Wall, which encircled the city centuries ago, still stand in the center. Close by, Venu Vana park was once home to a monastery built for Buddha. The shield-shaped Japanese Temple contains a huge Buddha statue. Nearby there are hot springs believed to have medicinal properties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place and one of the best places to visit in Rajgir.Its on the top of the hill you can go there by Ropeway (costs 80 per person now) or by using stairs.Using a Ropeway will add more beauty in your journey you'll definitely enjoy it. You can also click amazing pictures when you reach the top the scenery is damn amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 6 km trek through the Vipula Giri and Ratna Giri on beautiful steps and pathways through the most enchanting thickets buzzing with butterflies in the winter morning. Several Jain temples are strewn on the path that rises atleast 1000 feet from the base point near the Suraj Kund. Carry your water and snacks, and of course your camera to be far from the madding crowd for at least three hours.
