I spend two days with him visiting the highlights of the city. We visit the river sites, many temple, the crematory and the ghat.
In the morning we see the sunrise on the river with the boat tour, one of the most beautiful experience in Varanasi.
Sahni was very important because he explains me many interesting things about the traditions of his culture and Hindu religion.
I spent a lovely time with him and I hope to come back again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The very lovely Ravi had 100% 5* reviews on trip advisor when I was doing my research so obviously my interest piqued. I was a solo traveller in Varanasi and couldn’t find any tours to suit the days and what I wanted to do and I didn’t want to be restricted to the tour itinerary. I spoke to Ravi, who was always lovely, about what I was looking for and he was able to give me options which fit what I wanted! It was really easy to be flexible with plans and with a city like Varanasi, you would be doing yourself a disservice to go all that way to visit and not to learn about the amazing history and culture! It’s my favourite city in India (so far) and I’ve never been anywhere like it ??I felt like I got to really know the city thanks to all of Ravi’s explanations and patience, I always felt at ease with Ravi at hand ☺️Thank you so much to Ravi for teaching me so much ❤️??

His personal and relaxed tours definitely make your experience great. We can recommend all the tours, because we combined them to get most out of our visit. One of the highlights of our 3 week-journey to India was Varanasi. And Ravi made our visit even more unforgettable. He has lots of knowledge about the city, history and all rituals performed. Thanks to Ravi we met other residents and get to see the real Varanasi. Ravi is very calm and patient which makes touring with him very relaxed. Varanasi is a beautiful city and Ravi made it even more beautiful!

I can say it really was, Ravi is a very serious, knowledgeable guide. He made sure I was feeling safe in this Incredible place when travelling solo as a woman can be challenging some times in India. He would adapt tours to me, giving more time here if I wanted, less there. I recommend highly if you want safe, personal and memorable journey in Varanasi.

Five times I visited India and every time I am surprised Ravi Sahni Heritage Tours Varanasi can arranged a unforgettable trip for me.
Ravi is not only a great guide for Varanasi, Sarnath and the village tours but also arranged transport and trips outside of Varanasi.
Ravi Sahni Heritage Tours Varanasi arranged my roundtrip in Radjastan, Delhi and Lucknow. Last November Ravi arranged my trip to Lucknow inclusive train tickets, hotel reservation and he surprised me to be a great guide in Lucknow too.
