β β β β β You may find cheaper walking tours, but this one is of great quality! Pappu was our guide and he has amazing knowledge of the city. He gave us valuable informations in very good english and brought us to beautiful spots that we would never have found by ourselves. He also answered all our questions in a very clear way. We highly recommend this tour company!

β β β β β We had a great walk with Mr. Munindra. He was educated about the area and took us to places we would not have otherwise seen including the wholesale flower market and pointed out thinks we would not have noticed like the underground temples. He was very nice and we felt very safe with him! Thank you Varanasi tours!

β β β β β Pappu showed use many hidden spots of Varanasi and explained us the history of the city thoroughly. I have booked on the day, and the company has sent a guide only 2 hours after my e-mail, very responsive!
The cost of the tour is a bit too high for Indian standards though for the service offered, hence the 4 stars.

β β β β β It feels like walking in a beautiful area but with a lot of people surrounded over there.
Otherwise, i like the place Varanasi. It's my birth place. I have a lot of experience in this city.
Many more enjoyment over there, the only thing that will irritate you are traffic and dust pollution while going to the ghat.
Good place to hangout with friends.

β β β β β It seems they forgot us the first morning that we had a tour booked. The owner came with a story of someone who was sick. This would have been really bad if we had not stayed a few days here.
The day after we had very nice guy who made a boat trip with us on the Ganga and a tour through the old part of Varanasi.

β β β β β Had 6 of their walking tours with three well mannered, disciplined and qualified guides. They made my trip worthy. Save on your journey, food stay etc.. and spend on them. Won't regret a bit. Special thanks to Mr. Jeremy (jai), Mr. Amrit (babu) and Mr. Devesh ( the prof, as I would like to call him ?)

β β β β β Varanasi alleys appeared baffling until Jeremy (Jai) led us through a route that beautifully rendered itself into a story. His narrative spanned centuries, making the journey no less than time travel.
A trip to Varanasi is incomplete without the walk down a few layers of the historic city and exploring the architecture from the eras gone by. Jai curates his trails exceptionally. We took the 'Death & Rebirth in Banaras' tour with him which was fascinating to say the least. I also had the 'Subah-e-Banaras' morning boat ride with Anand and enjoyed thoroughly. He was fantastic and showed me few of the lesser visited heritages of Varanasi including an exclusive visit to the Rooftop of Alamgir Mosque!
Thank you Varanasi Walks for the opportunity to understand Varanasi from a different perspective. I will definitely catch up with you guys again in my future visits to this amazing city and would love to explore fur more than what I was able to do this time!
Last but not the least a special thanks to Michael (Mike) for his swift responses during our tour planning. The entire process was super easy and extremely efficient.
