★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have bought king size matters (Sleep Kraft )from real wood furniture. While buying sales person promises in case if the product is not good,we shall replace it. Now sales person is blaming " SleepKraft company". Had several follow ups response from real wood furniture is very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't buy any product from this shop. This guys are fraud. They sell poor quality defective product. After taking money they forget their promise. The owner even said he is just a manager. When I bought the product he was introduced as the owner. They first said they will replace the product, then said they will repair it. I am now asking to return my money. Now the owner is saying he is not the owner. They are not picking up my call. When I call to their landline they say that they will give an update in next two days. That next two days never came in last 3 months. So be careful guys. This is your hard earned money. They don't deserve to get even a single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic after sales support. Have been calling them to repair the sofa which is under warranty. My sofa cushions have gone bad in 2 years. Not sure of the quality of material used. I was given 5 year warranty on sofa cushions. Hence raised a repair request on phone and whatsapp. They dont respond in the first place. Even if they respond they dont give definitive timelines. Waiting since 50 days for my issue to be resolved. Dont buy here if you are looking for good after sales support.

Ordered a customised bed with storage, while taking order, the salesman convinced that everything will be as per the given design n will be ready within a week. After 3 weeks delay (some or the other reason made by then for it), the bed was a disaster. It was an exact copy of the sample placed in their shop. When asked, owner denied information saying that only salesman can answer. Please note that the salesman had not reported to do for more than 5 days. Anyways, we again got them to note there required changes n it was promised will be done in 5 days. Later when we called them after 5 days asking the status, the phone was handed over to the sales guy who started shouting n saying, this is what we will make, pay full n take, no changes will be done, else wait for 15 days, if possible changes will be done n given. When went for asking refund of advance, the manager wasn't responsive. This is the worst shop we have ever seen. Lucky that we didn't buy from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rolling/office chair broken with in 10 days of purchase,very poor quality. Said there is warranty for one year, but saying there is no warranty, when it is broken. Replaced with steel base after paying 1500rs extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with Real Wood Furniture's. Bought sofa in the month of March'18 & following up with them till date for few of the final touch as there are few damages in sofa & service task kept on postponing. Meanwhile tried contacting owner & he never responded to my call. During this 5 months, its observed that cushion (sponge) has become very weak. Pathetic customer service. Good that I had made partial payment & now owner is calling for balance payment but no assurance of getting the issue fixed.
