★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not cooperative post signing of the agreement. They have hidden charges. On complaining senior management has only one answer that they are sorry for problem but unable to resolve the issue. They promise high but deliver less. I have used regus@logix for over year and continuously faced problem and they remained unresolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place is good from outer appearance. The management of regus is bad. We have had office (710 then 701) here for one and a half year. They gave us a defective room 701 which had problem of noise, vibation and sound coming from bars at 5th floor of the building. Despite repeated complaints they did not resolve the issue instead used force and did goondagardi. Washrooms are kept dirty. There are mice in building. Most of the times internet in down if you dont take premium connection. They have so many hidden charges. All charges are not disclosed by them. After signing the agreement (digitally) if you raise questions then they threaten to deduct the unexpalined billing from security amount deposited. Regus is cheter and pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Regus services are good till you don't find any fault in them. Once you face a problem they don't resolve it instead use force (criminal offence) against clients. I happened to be their client for approx. 18 months and used cabin no. 701 and 710 on lease. Cabin 701 has problem of bass, vibration and high noisy sound coming from 5th floor bars and restaurants. Room 701(behind reception area) is really disturbing area and is not suitable for working. While showing the room 701 they did not made me aware of any such issue. The washrooms also are usually dirty and person cleaning the washrooms many a times also may be seen cleaning pantry area cabins, this is not hygienic as per me and Indian culture. Despite lodging complaints through email they don't budge. They (Regus) think they are best in business but actually they are pathetic. Due to continuous sound & vibration disturbances my team even faced headaches and migraines. If one is looking for space here then she should be thoroughly aware about Regus’ one sided (contrary to Indian law) lease agreements and stay away from room 701 as it has permanent issue of noise problem coming from duct/ shaft of the building. In the end you are bound to end up feeling #cheatedbyRegus. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first walked into the office I was wooed by the ambience and the way things were portrayed. But little did I know that working here would turn out to be my worst nightmare. I happened to work in 2 of its closed office spaces, room no. 701 and 710. The three months that i spent in room 701 were horrible and the most troublesome. The bars/clubs situated on the 5th floor of the mall play loud music (with blaring bass) starting at 12 noon till midnight and that caused grave disturbance to us. Even after complaining multiple times, no action was taken by Regus. The company started playing a blame game with the maintenance company. We took the issue to the company's senior officials hoping for quicker resolution but unfortunately nothing seemed to work. This was causing our company huge losses as it was extremely difficult to work or conduct meetings due to the disturbance. Instead of being apologetic the company compelled us to vacate the premises by resorting to criminal acts.
