★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goods returned on 26.03.22, duly received by Mr Harshal, not credited till now despite several reminders and lapse of more than One Month. In another case they denied to accept replacement of New Mobile, because Service Centre did not sealed the packet properly (hardly gap of 1.2 inch) in upper polythene. When went again to service centre, they changed packing and asked RD that they should have replace the mobile. Thus unnecessary harrassment and delay. Also came to know that on same ground Reliance Degital had denied another customer to replace new phone. Means denial 2 of 2 recent case. Unable to understand such bad practices of such a big name. It seems that some thing is wrong with this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is any negative rating i would have given that. It is worst place to buy electronic. They dont have products still they are on display and then it will never get delivered to you. Also the refund process takes too much time and eventually you will jave to select some other product. So overall not a good service. Just good talks.

I did not receive my cashback on buying fridge for long time. But after 3 months due to the support from the sales support I was able to get the cashback.
Recommend to buy here. Service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a middle class person buying any expensive electronics for the first time is a very special moment, despite making a full payment in advance the store is not solving the delivery issue of a damaged product. It's been a week we have paid 42000/- for the AC and still waiting for its delivery.
Below is the full story
We purchased an AC on Sunday 24th April 2022 and same was delivered the next day on Monday 25th April, the Installation person arrived on Wednesday. When he unboxed the product AC was bit damaged, he contacted the store and initiated the replacement process. Now we have been following up for the replacement but the store first pushed us to keep the damaged piece saying that it's not damaged but in a normal condition whereas first they were ready to replace.
Why would any customer keep the damage product that too if he/she is buying it for the first time? so we denied.
Now they are not giving us proper status of the delivery of our replacement nor confirming the date or time of the same. We have paid full and still not sure when and how am I going to get my product. Today is 29th April the day is about to end and no clue what will happen.
Extremely dissatisfied with service.
Finally the product has arrived today 05th May 2022

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience and unnecessarily withholding refund
Went with wife, selected a fridge model on display and paid the money. The sales rep promised delivery next day, which was good since we needed one quickly. I also purchased extended warranty. That evening I found the model number mentioned in the bill was not correct and immediately informed the store sales rep. He told me piece from warehouse has already booked for shipping and so I should refuse to take delivery when it arrives next day. I went to the store next morning and the billing clerk admitted she had made a mistake and apologized (sounded genuine to me then). So when she informed that my choice model costed more, I paid the additional difference immediately and walked out with her assurance that the order will be confirmed later that day and fridge will be delivered to me next day.
On the 3rd day the billing clerk informs me the model will not be in stock for at least 7 days anywhere in the region. I told her my family cannot do without a working fridge that long and asked her to process a refund for the payments. She said refund would take 10-12 days which was normal. This was 11 Feb.
Nearly two months now and several communications with store's customer service personnel, Reliance Digital's Customer Service (CS) department and Head of Customer Service, I am yet to receive the money I paid for extended warranty back. Many times CS people from Reliance Digital have called me with promises to return my money, but not followed by action.
Writing this review give me no pleasure, but the experience in past two months has been frustrating and daunting, almost as if they are taunting - how much can an individual like me do against an organized player like them?
This includes the Reliance Digital's CEO's office promising response within 24 hours. An entire week has passed since that promise with no action. The inaction seems to suggest this is how Reliance Digital operates even at the highest level - so much for the promise of organized retail improving customer experience in our country.
