Jio fibre was installed with false information of providing broadband, tv channels, all OTT platforms at 699 and with a promise that if we do not wish to continue, it will be uninstalled and our full security money (2500) will be refunded.
Now we are requesting them to uninstall since 1 month as the monthly plan price is too high for us and is not as informed earlier, but nobody is visiting. Customer care is simply not doing anything and when we called the person who installed, he was extremely rude and directly said he won't come.
Only false promises, no refund.
