★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been there few minutes back for purchasing kurtas for my mom & it was something which i dint expect, No covid protocols followed here in Ulwe Branch, People are freely roaming inside the premises without Mask. Moreover there is nobody to man trial rooms of either womens or males section. Men can be seen freely roaming inside Women trial rooms. Last but not the least the billing counter is the slowest of all. Need lot of improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gotten very bad experience. The representative has not issued me hard copy of the receipt due to erroneous of printer. It is therefore faced the problem before the exit point of store by me. Also cash counter has not available change money for returning to me. For the same I had to wait for the payment of next customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is good and staff is adequate but they recommend only specific brand while purchasing. The staff tries to convince only Haer brand for AC and initially recommend Bajaj finance and while leaving they recommend zero down payment from IDFC. Their online price is relatively low.
