★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was passing by from Saket and saw the sign board stating Renu's Yoga Studio. I thought it might be another yoga studio, but decided to find out some relevant details about it. The website was mentioned on the sign board and when I logged-in, I realized that it was a wonderful concept started by an enthusiastic, energetic and completed devoted yoga instructor, Ms. Renu Jhalani.
I got in touch with her and gathered more relevant details about the studio. It came into being in the year 2014. Ms. Jhalani was a yoga enthusiast and this inclination gradually turned into an undying passion and she decided to spread awareness about Classical Yoga which is a holistic approach that ensures complete transformation through her lush green artistically designed studio which has a real tinge of Mother Nature.
She started it exclusively for women as she is firmly determined to empower them through Yoga. Ms. Jhalani states that yoga induces physical and inner strength, confidence, calmness and broadens horizons manifold and she ensures that all the members of the studio extract desired attributes through yogic kriyas.
She has more than two decades of experience in the field of yoga and has gained in-depth knowledge and understanding via Yoga Visharat, Diploma, several Teacher’s Training Courses, online certification courses, and attending Yoga camps internationally. Before pandemic affected our nation, Renu used to organize a range of outdoor yoga sessions as well including aqua yoga, blindfolded yoga, paired yoga, rhythmic dance yoga. She has plans to restart them once normalcy sets-in. She also used to invite some selected experts to enlighten the aspirants of various dimensions of yoga. It still continues but via online mode.
As the establishments are gradually getting opened, she has started sessions at her studio but continues it via online mode as well. For now, she has restricted the number of aspirants to maximum of ten with all the precautionary measures in place.
She accepts enrollments of aspirants of 18 years and above and one may pay the fee via online and offline modes on a monthly or quarterly basis.

The soothing music, statue of Buddha and candles add up to create a peaceful ambiance. Renu ma'am is very professional and humble. I recommend this place to all the ladies out there. Come to Renu's Yoga Studio and experience the power of yoga and meditation.
