★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing gym. Probably the best in Mulund. Been a part of it for a couple of months and they have great trainers and additional sessions like kickboxing, functional training, Yoga, Zumba etc.

Shower and steam facility inside.they have valet parking facility
Its bit inside cannot be seen from main road and the managemnt should improve the road .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rewind is the WORST GYM with WORST Managing Staff:
1) Horrible road the moment you enter. Specifically during rainy season it's the worst, lots of potholes and mud.
2) Worst management, they are just sitting to loot customers. I understand marketing is important but they follow unethical marketing and sales techniques like forcing a customer buy more after the membership and if you don't then they will deliver the worst experience you can ever imagine. They will talk rudely, trainers will ignore or make faces, while exit they'll stand in front of you to sell more, if you read ingredients their products are just the worst.
3) No extra activities, in start they will tell you a lot but later it's all FAKE.
4) Selling skills of their team members are like credit card sales people, push sales is followed and all non sense product are there. Neither understanding consumer goals nor product proper services.
5) Experience with rewind was so Horrible that in 12 months hardly I was able to workout for a month. I literally thought rewind gym is better than golds gym but they proved me wrong, after all a local is local and a brand is brand. Atleast they have class and quality of service. Rewind can be the worst choice you can ever make if you are selecting a gym for workout.
