★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a memorable experience starting from the point of visiting the store for Enquiry to Booking the Watch to taking the delivery of the watch. The staff is extremely untrained, self-referential and doesn't know how to offer the best of experiences that one expects from a Rolex Dealership. Extremely poor courtsy skills. I even had to pull the chairs myself together for my family members in the store and an accompanying Pregnant Friend. They didn't even had the courtesy to ask for pulling it for us all to sit & enjoy the purchase experience together. Even the basic common sense courtesy was not on display that one expects from a Dealership. Just a superfluous level of respect because one is buying from them.
I have had far better experiences with Kapoor Watches, South Ex Branch, in the past. Never coming back to Ethos again
