★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with good location. We had a very good experience.The staff was very hospitable and food was very good.The location no doubt is the best as it has a number of restaurants, pubs around so you can enjoy the hotel premises and go to the nearby options to enjoy free time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we went for a weekend getaway. had a pleasant stay. they upgraded our room. food is delicious. Just the service at restaurant while we had our lunch was a bit slow though the staff was courteous and kept checking if we need anything else.

Room allocation could be better, like couple with kids should not be given connecting rooms with other guests. Personally faced disturbance while my stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at the property to celebrate my first wedding anniversary. I loved the ambience and hospitality is too good. When we entered the hotel room, they gave us complimentary bouquet, cake and arranged a bubble bath. It was really sweet of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Roseate was absolutely amazing. From clean and well equipped rooms to great food everything was awesome. Cherry on the top was the cooperative and accomodating staff. Their small gestures like complementary pick and drop from airport to surprising you with sweet desserts in your room, makes the experience memorable and one which you would repeat again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking forward to staying at the Roseate House for quite some time now. We finally got the opportunity this Christmas. The property is well designed and all its rooms are of the same size but with different views and accessibility.
What we liked about the hotel was the restaurant Kheer that has amazing food and even better service. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, even when the restaurant was almost 100% occupied. The courtyard was beautiful and on a sunny day will be a great hangout spot. The check in and check out facility were great and we had no issues.
However, there were some concerns. The rooms are not well maintained and the house keeping staff is inefficient. Our room had stains (or defects) on the floor and some pending repair on the false ceiling. The room and bathroom didn't seem too clean.
When we asked for housekeeping the next day, they did a horrible job of cleaning. When asked to send again, the housecleaning staff was disinterested in working properly and wanted to finish things as quickly with as little effort as possible. It was extremely disappointing to see the housekeeping of Roseate House to be in this state, especially during these covid times.
Lastly, the buffet spread could really use some work. Their options were limited and had no options for pork, cold cuts, and smoked salmon that you get in breakfast buffet at other locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. Staff is super helpful and considerate. I was traveling with an infant and a 6 year old, and they made sure we had all the comfort. They sterilized the bottles for the infant, allowed us to check in early and helped with every request I made. The restaurant serves amazing food and even provided free smileys and ice cream to my daughter and her cousin who came to visit. I have stayed at many other hotels in Aerocity, but this was the best experience I have had so far
