★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Royal Brother's services for couple of years now and here is what I am feeling about the experience.
The bikes are used pretty much daily so never expect to get a clean bike on the day you receive it.
No road side assistance even if the bike got punctured near the pick up location.
Operation process is outdated as the team don't check if the bike is available for another customer. They don't bother to inform the customer that the bike is not available and hence the customer has no options other than getting another bike or going to another location to pick up the bike which was selected.
Funny thing that they ask me to to take the bike next day. Seriously!!! after planning for a week to travel with other riders and they expect u to ride alone next day.
I faced that and there was no one who took my feedback and helped me to get the refund.
I had to call the customer care 3- 4 times and fight for it. By the they were still trying to make me rebook for another day.
Operation team please do the job your paid for and make a note of vehicles availability as per the orders made.
Saying sorry to a customer after he reaches the pick up location is not acceptable at all.
Next is the rate- the tax is so high and the you cannot ride the bike whole day. There is a limit of kms u drive which is 250 kms ( average ) after they charge you for each kms driven separately.
The rental model is kept on a expensive side.
Lastly even if we are fine with the high charges. The overall experience is so bad. Right after we make the payment it's all upon the customer how they get the bike on time. Check the email , call the delivery person several times( that too doesn't get answered)
Find the location, no proper pick up point is mentioned. Again have to call the person wait for 30 m then you come to know your bike is not available .
Trick is u should keep a plan b for the day and ready to fight for the refund and ofcourse try to call 5-6 times to reach out to customer care in case u need a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the bike booked and the pickup was at 9PM. Upon reaching the venue, they made me wait for more than an hour and said that the bike I booked is not available and gave me two options, either I cancel the booking or upgrade to another bike by paying nearly 1.5k extra. Ideally they should be compensating for their poor management by giving me the next available bike without any extra cost but they were adamant to do so. If we cancel the booking from our end, they would withhold around 75% of the rent we paid in advance, since this time cancellation is from their end, they don't bother about your time and money. The customer care is the worst you can imagine. I had the whole trip planned and they simply say in the last moment that either you pay extra for another bike or cancel the booking. There was one more guy facing the same problem, he talked to the customercare guy infront of me and they cut the call saying his voice is not audible. The manager in the premises asks to talk to customercare and says it's not his problem. I rented bike from Royal brothers cause I heard their service is good, but clearly it's not the case. Very disappointed with their service and customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why there are many negative reviews. Their process is very smooth and no issues for me. I have booked two bikes and they provide bikes in brand new condition. All went really well. Don't think too much. If u need bike to explore the beautiful streets of bengaluru, Just go for it.

Particularly this place in indiranagar is very tricky to find, it's actual location is the basement below the cafe coffee day but location on Google maps is showing somewhere else. We have to call the customer care to find out the actual location

The bike we received was in good condition. We had a seamless experience with Royal brothers and they would definitely be my first choice for bike rentals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely disappointed by RB it was my 1st ride with you but it was completely bad experience & disappointing with your service and bike quality.
I was booked for the Honda Hornet 2.0 but when reach there fleet executive told me the vehicle is not available and directly asking to cancel the booking it was rude..
And finally they given pulsar 150 cc but bike was not upto the mark some what i manage to go with it..
Bike was not clean bike overall bad experience.
