β β β β β Pathetic service ever i got in my life today... Guys are making fool over there.. do not service your bike there i repeat do not... Better to do service from outside garage.. they don't know where is the parts and wiring. I wasted my 4 hours there for 10 mins work.
Cost margin they don't know.. royal Enfield Bhandup service centre is pathetic.. don't go there and create another problem in your bike..yes i experienced it.

β β β β β we are extremely unhappy with the service you have provided to us. I purchased bullet from one of the royal enfiled showroom in Bhandup Mumbai in the month of July 20 since that day till now I am facing lots of issues with the bullet. The battery is not getting charged, the rectifier is not working properly. I am just visiting the service centre and fixing the issue, from then it works properly for one to two days and later on start facing the same issue again. Either you solve the problem at the earliest or please replace me with new model. Orelse pay my left EMI.

β β β β β My experience with the service center is not at all good. I have paid almost 5k but they didn't rectify the problem which i have reported to technical team. The trust which i showed to them is not meet by them. Its really embarrassing that such a big brand is having pathetic service center.

β β β β β They told me last sunday that they open at 09:30 but actually opened at 10:15. Service person told me bike will b ready in hour but they kept me waiting for 4 and half hours. I got bike with damaged tyre rim colour. Worst part is manager said it happens. Total unprofessional attitude.

β β β β β I have take the second service from this branch they have not even washed my bike well I can see mud on chain, tank , windshield, when I showed it to the person be said " we wash it lightly as the risk of thing equipment failure is high"
Also I have told my bike stop accepting the throttle response in the running speek some time when in continuing runung at speeds between 90-100 kms he said he fixed it but I can still experiencing same.issue.
Not a good place to visit.
