So I planned a trip to my village in Uttarakhand and wanted to go on bike none other that RE 350 classic so I went at showroom on 25th October 2020 and same day I got the bike as the favorite model desert storm was available the formalities and payment was pretty smooth as it should be because I am buying something before my first service I visited showroom couple of time for different things as I have Installed the sand guard, back side two panniers on the same day so I wanted to install the leg gaurd as well because that was out of stock at RE at that time but though no one was able to help at showroom but there was one honest guy named Farhan I will specify his name because though he was earning well but the intelligence of this guy as everyone at showroom advised me to go to Ajmeri gate but this person helped me there itself and what he said he did that, he adjusted the leg gaurd and as a reward I paid him 500 rs just for him work and intelligence.
Apart from this so far I had a good experience with other people at showroom though they always wanted me to buy the accesories riding jacket and pant but I wanted to go with Rynox and Solace as they are the core company of this but I always wanted to military theme helmet for my sand storm that I bought from here with discount ?.
So far I am very satisfied with the showroom and staff as well, specially Aditi mam as she has supported me always before and after guide with services and other things you can check my review on there service center in my profile in Maps.
At the end I would like to say "due to few people's bad behaviour we can't outburst and say bad for the entire showroom and staff" as they are the best in terms service and product in entire Jaipur also in terms of sale so this is not a joke at all.
Thanks guys for getting involved and being part of my new bike ride stories.
