★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst bus. 22 hrs they took for banglore to Goa.... If they need money they should beg. Should not cheat customers
They escaped all main routes to skip police check and reached 6.45 pm to goa( boarding time 8 .00pm) and driver also very bad.
Because of them almost every one got health problems like fevar. No proper ventilation in bus.
SLH is one of the worst travels... What Rto is doing don't know... Running buses without proper checkings.
Even giving 0.1 rating also waste for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of worst Travels, as per departure time before 10 min I was there but bus has not come and also nobody called me, then available contact no in M Ticket given office no, called they they given mobile no, when I called him he said bus already left and saying called my no but not connected this is false statements and only they want to make money by outside seater. There is proper communication like bus no, contact no of driver nothing available.they made to loose the bus by passenger. Don't choose this bus for any travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am rating them with one star as you cannot rate anything below that on Google. Most pathtic, unprofessional and the worst bus service you can ask for is provided by these people. Drivers are inexperienced and risked all our lives in an accident during my journey. They did arrange for an alternate bus after 5 hours and that bus refused to drop me to the place where I had booked the ticket. They made me get off in another town.
Nobody in office was responding to my calls. They are not in this business to provide a customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cancelled the bus just few hours b4 departure time.. and stated the refund will be done immediately. Today it has been more than a month and I am still calling to get that cleared. So a big ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrival was 2.5 hours late then what was promised.
Although they provide multiple boarding points but there is no way to track the bus and you have to just keep on looking on the number plate of every passing by bus.
Bus condition was good but they seriously should improve their timings and passenger management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't went inside of the characters minar but I had great look of the structure. The is historic and it's structure look great. All it need some preservation of it's surrounding which is apart from being crowded but also not very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traveled from Goa to Bangalore on 16thdec by 6pm. Very very rude driving. Not even thinking about passenger condition in the bus. And also left us 11pm for dinner. Iam lot unsatisfied with their service.
