★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus never arrived to boarding point and their customer care no. is unavailable to contact. Redbus denied to refund saying that it is bus operator's responsibility to approve the refund. Redbus staff themselves were unable to contact the bus operator. Ended up waiting for 4 hours with the bus not showed up.
