★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did some body work at this place. Excellent customer centric experience and very good workmanship. My service advisor, Mr. Sourav Dam, was one the best I have come across in over 20 years of car ownership across multiple service centers. Delivered as promised.
Also, met center incharge Mr. Bijoy Das. Nice gentleman showing lot of grace under pressure.
Must also appreciate the reception and billing team ?.
Drove out with a ? and nice, clean ?.
Would be visiting again next month for upcoming first year service.

I'm fully satisfied as off now. Only, the management is requested to arrange for necessary repairs of the approach road, with mutual discussion with the other service centres namely Kia and Mahindra, if required. Thanks...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Give car for denting but they told if you go for insurance claim it will take time but when you will go for cash payment work will done within 1 or 2 days but unfortunately I give car saini Hyundai Kalikapur on Sunday and they promised give car by Wednesday but when I visit Thursday they told me it will take time very bad service given by Saini Hyundai Kalikapur
I suggest please don’t go there for any time comment. ?. You can see what work they need to do only .
And also SAINI HYUNDAI KALIKAPUR give gift left side door scratch that’s they force me to take car delivery in night also can see in pc .

I went for general servicing of my car, but the service advisor was all into making you spend thousands of bucks for all unnecessary stuffs for your car. They lack courtesy to ask for your permission before charging them in your invoice. Secondly, if you want to get your job done personally by staying, they would force you to leave the place for some unknown reason. I asked them to send pics and videos of my car servicing to my whatsapp. Overall the work done by them was good, but I would definitely think twice before booking my next appointment with them.
