★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is probably the worst and the most irresponsible person ever. She spoilt all my wedding blouses. Had given it to her 2 months before the wedding and she had me running around her till the day of the wedding!!
And she had changed all the designs of the blouses, though I had sent her reference pictures. She also lost an expensive silk blouse material and was least interested to find it or pay for it. Please avoid going to her. There are plenty of good and responsible tailors in the same vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! This tailor was highly recommended to me by Rangoli (a well known reputed brand from where my sister & I purchased material worth 25k). We were told she is highly experienced & does the work really well so we blindly believed it. First of all, on the first visit itself, it took us an hour to give our measurements. She was not in the studio & made us wait for a long time even after she came back. We gave her 3 kurtis to stitch. She said she will give it in 8 days. When I called her to enquire after 10 days, she said the work hadn't finished could I pick it up after 2 days. I said okay but please don't delay further as I have a function. Upon calling after 2 days, she kept cutting all my calls the WHOLE DAY & did not even respond to messages. Finally she picked up & she again postponed it to the next day blaming her workers & electricity!! Even after repeatedly requesting for timely pickup, when we went there she again was not there at the studio - made us wait for 1 whole hour only to find that none of the kurtis fit us properly!!! Everything was poorly stitched - barely put together.. loose kurtis with no definition whatsoever... after so much of time! We just wanted to get out of there asap so that we could give it to another tailor for alteration. Even after such a bad experience, not ONCE did she apologise. Have no idea how she has been in business for 10 YEARS - HER WORK DOES NOT SHOW HER EXPERIENCE. The worst service & worst delivery - please avoid this place. She is one of the most arrogant women I've seen in the service industry.
