★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before buying flat in Daksh Avenue , please consult with samridhi grand Avenue flat owners. In samridhi grand Avenue Maintenance is very poor despite of very high maintenance charges. maintenance staff is arrogant. They won't support you in emergency. .Life is hell for its residents here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i can give negative ratings. Wrost society. I am a resident of SAMRIDHI GRAND AVENUE. high maintenance with low services is the focus area of builder. They will mention that club is free in your bba but later they will ask for 10k if you want to use club. Really? Free means you can go to club. They have increased DG rate from 17 to 30 per unit and runs DG unnecessarily. We can observe that light is coming in all societies but Samridhi runs on DG. Poor infrastructure, if it is raining then you have to be on DG, no matter, electricity is coming or not. I have a lot to say but cant write everything here. My request is please talk to at-least 10 existing residents before investing your hard earned money.
