★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience......specially if u are in a waranty period of your phone.......they wouldnt make any required hardware changes in ur phone and will just say its a software update probelm....
And the technician there also has zero subject knowledge.

Paid good amount but the 2nd Samsung phone of mine i wanted to get it checked but I was told that they cannot do anything now as it was late. I fact I was called at 5pm over phone to collect my phone.

That speak very rudely.
There has a 'Free software update' facility but they deny to provide the cervic.
I'm suggesting all the Samsung consumers to visit another customer care for batter service and save your time.
