★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service center has shifted to a new location, but nobody bothered to update the address published in the web. The whole premises stinks of overflown toilet. The technicians of the center could not set right a simple problem of continuous restart in my mobile. A friend did it within half an hour.
The technician had told me it would be necessary to replace the mother board! That speaks for their efficiency and knowledge level. To top it all, I was charged Rs.170/- for their "checking". Outrageous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is d 3rd class service center I have ever seen no professional manars dealy service they r basically misguide customers. And the service manager to much rude person! Highly recommend don't go there.

They are simply scamming people's my phone was totally fine just the battery was discharged when I told them to fix it they told me we have to change the battery I said ok then change it.. after changing the battery I asked where is my old battery which you replaced.. they are saying we are unable to find it.. ?? The fact it they have not changed anything .. just they have used the battery booster to charge the battery.. and they have charged me 1825 Rs . MI 5 Pro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This centre is located near to Senco Gold Jewellery shop at Maula Ali. The ambience is nice but the size is small. There are 4seats for 4 service executives but only one executive manages all the issues of customers. Henceforth you have to stand in queue. It takes a huge deal if time for simply waiting in the queue. There's AC but the owner simply doesn't want to start it. There are some exorbitant hidden charges which I would like to mention....
1. ₹450-additional to your normal part replace charges and gst, for opening the phone and repairing.
2. ₹150-for repairing the phone with software updates and not opening it or doing hardware manipulation
3. ₹118- for just examining the phone and telling you the defects listed in it.
I would also like to mention that if anyone wants to repair any particular defect...for ex: only display, only battery,....such things are not done here. Instead they will provide you with a list of defects both minor and major and charge you with a handsome amount for it. Sometimes it's better if you arrive with a prior appointment at mi.hate2wait.io for faster service and better to call at the centre for just knowing whether the required part for your phone is available or not.
