★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero customer satisfaction in this pandemic, fir they give us appointment to come at particular time and at the time we reach their staff says there is no rule of appointments we do test on the basis first come first! Then what for they are giving appointments.
I’m posting a screenshot though and infact just right now two more customers were so angry as they have taken payment and while taking payment they said you test will take 15 minutes and after that the customer reaches to the test departments and they say Atleast it would take 5 hours more for the test. Then why you guys are lying for this. Highly disappointed! Zero customer satisfaction!
And today is 18/07/2020 my appointment was booked for today morning and I’m still waiting for my father’s test to get done! And right now it’s around 2:00 pm see the quality of work!
