★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Money minded people..they act very friendly and true colours will be seen once you are vacating...they say different rent to different people..food is worst and we use to take from outside paying full rent...they never pay the advance back stating tat its our duty to fill the pg with people?..no parking available..rooms are congested and lift get stuck between..i would never recommend dis pg again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined this PG after looking at the rating and reading reviews which were posted 2 years ago. But later I realised that the owners have changed and now it has become worst.
I don't recommend this PG.
The rooms are very small. Food has insects and is of very poor quality. I had health issues after eating this unhygienic food on a regular basis. Curries are cooked in very less quantity and are not sufficient for everyone. Any left over rice and dal is used for next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After staying in a different PG for 4 months in the same area, I felt at home after moving to this PG. The owners are very good and provide excellent service to the guests. Due to Covid I wanted to stay in a single occupancy room. They took the pain of setting up a three occupancy room just for me and setup internet that they disconnected earlier for that room and offered me at a very low price. They turn on the genset as soon as the power is lost, they ran the genset for 12 hours continuously to make sure that the guests do not have problems logging in to their work. They have a full time north Indian cook that cooks delicious food and the owners get the whole PG cleaned every week which was not normal in my earlier PG. I am very happy with the accommodation, the food and above all, the cleanliness considering the Covid times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here during the second wave of Covid and vacated it after 2 months as I got transferred to Hyderabad. I was worried initially that they wont return the security deposit due to the negative reviews, I told them the reason and gave a proper 30 day notice. I am so relieved after I got my full security deposit returned without a single question. The owners are super nice. I liked this PG because it is located at the end of the road without any passing traffic and it is very peaceful. I could not ask for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter stayed in this pg before covid for 2yrs. Again recently due to office reopened she went to same pg for 4days.
PG owners treatment, facility, food is all good and they also treated parents respectful.
As a parent I can suggest it's best PG for working ladies.
Thanks pg owners Mr. Baskar reddy and Mrs. Prabhavathi reddy garu for homely treatment for my daughter and for us also. Namaste?
