★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very efficient and well trained staff. Covid safety protocols were followed very strictly. I went for a manicure, pedicure and threading. All the procedures were done in an impeccable manner. Ambience is chilled out and great, good music selection as well. Will surely visit this salon again! It's one of the best in town.

personal touch by a celebrity hair stylist Savio ,the man himself,who has a vast international expertise in hair cutting, hair care , & hair styling using the right geniune hair care products which is the first requirement in proper hair care ,especially for the female clients in his salon, which includes pedicure ,manicure too
Their main outlet is at pali hill bandra located at anand villa palli hill.
very courteous professional staff, makes you feel comfortable with a sense of personalised attention
Savio runs online training classes regularly to train upcoming hair care professionals to maintain high standards and to keep up to modern practices and advancements in hair salons all over the world
Savio's salons maintain impeccable standards of sanitisation & hygiene for every customer who walks in,from checking every person who enters the salon for temperature,oxygen levels to spraying sanitizers to giving fresh masks and footwear covers,very thoughtful to ensure the safety precautions,in these pandemic conditions.
Theres a treat of tea ,coffee and lively music echoing in the whole atmosphere creating an ambience ,so good you forget you are in a salon.
A must visit at least once to this salon for a wonderful experience, which also operates at a outlet at the 7 star SOFITEL hotel at the bandra kurla complex mumbai

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for the first time and was very happy with all the staff as they welcome me very nicely and as I could there behavior with everyone was good,music was also good so while waiting you don't feel bore and service was excellent the person cut my hair did so nicely not like other place just to catch other customers things are done in hurry.overall nice experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to the salon by my friend’s recommendation, as she was saying I am overpaying at my salon “Dessange”. Straight to the point: Disappointment!!!
1.I booked my time and day, one week in advance, however when I came, the stylist was not there, and they asked me to come after 1 hour 30 minutes, plus other stylist would do my hair. Or otherwise, my appointment would be cancelled. Unprofessional!
2.When I came back, I explained to the stylist, what I am looking for…I have light colored hair and I wanted to stay that way, however, I was open to go one shade darker. Result: I am brunette now!!! I got darker by 3 shades for sure!!! The explanation, because next time you want to do highlights, we did darker. Really?!
3.Hair cut. I asked to cut my split ends, the guy did work for 3 minutes, the charge for that job, which was not even decent…still have split ends. I paid 2000 without taxes.
4.Half of the job, coloring, hair wash, hair dry was done by trainee…the charges were of a senior stylist.
5.The place is so crowded with people moving up and down without any purpose that you feel suffocated.
6.As a hair dresser myself in the past, the workers of the salon don’t know how to work with European hair!!!! My hair after final touch are rough, not smooth and look like I did color and cut my hair at home and not at the salon!!!
7.The final bill was shocking, I paid more than at Dessange, where professional level and service is very high.
8.When I reached home, the receptionist had the audacity to call and tell me that I Paid less than on the bill…because she thinks that I am some rich foreigner, who doesn’t know how much I have in my wallet. I know exactly how much I had in my wallet and what nomination I had there!
9.Final thought, The place is looting foreigners!!! That’s the opinion of my husband as well, who is an Indian btw.
10.When gut tells you that you should avoid some places, do it!!! Otherwise, you will end up unsatisfied and disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is amazing for hair cut or anything hair related hair treatment or colour anything Savio is the best and then comes yaymi senior hair stylist.. perfect with his work. Hygiene could have been taken care of better. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Lovely ambience, never bored waiting. Have seen my celebrities there.. Entrance is bit confusing stares go up there it is and a small board outside. It’s just beside the Bagel shop.
