It's expensive and really not worth it. The taste is mediocre and the dishes too. When they pack the leftovers they don't even care to give side dips or sauces. My mutton was over cooked and chewy. Consider carnatic cafe or juggernaut for a similar experience. Or a place in cp that offers non vegetarian nonveg. The cost is too much and the taste is not worth it.

One of the best places in Delhi for southern Indian cuisine! Their podi idli is to die for and do try their coconut paysum, one of the best i have ever had. The staff is extremely polite and accomodating. If you are in Delhi, do visit this place, you will not regret it. Totally in love.

Very spicy, strong flavours, with deep black pepper flavour that burns your heart. Even the mildest of the curries hd too much spice. No plain rice available, mojito even was spicy. So if you are a non spicy person this is not the place. Way too pricy for the quality of food they serve. Banana seer Fish was chewy, overcooked. Mutton was okay though...

Do yourself a favor and visit this newly opened restaurant in DLF Mall saket. The service is unmatched. COVID safety protocols were followed like no where else. One can really be at ease from all the covid stress out there and sit at this place and enjoy authentic South Indian delicacies. We had beetroot gola urandai, poricha parotya canopies with paneer ghee roast and Pallipalayam kalaan. Absolutely the best meal we had at Savya rasa Saket. Highly recommended! Definitely coming back soon ???

Your exploration and experience of authentic South Indian cuisine are not complete unless you've had a meal at Savya Rasa, period! The South-Indian restaurant sitting at the dedicated dining district, COMMONS, at DLF Avenue, Saket is a world within itself. It serves hand-picked South Indian dishes from nooks and corners of villages across all southern states of India. Highlight: The restaurant employs chefs and kitchen staff who are experts in their dishes. It has brought them from their villages and houses to the national capital of India, and I take pride in the fact because the servings speak for themselves. Everything is as authentic as it can get. Food + Drinks: The foods and drinks on the menu are absolutely delicious and fulfilling. The menu is really dense and rich, with offerings from the deepest South Indian corners. One cannot experience the entire menu in one or two visits, so I highly recommend visiting more than once to indulge in it all. Potential Down Side: Some people might find the menu items to be a bit pricey, more so because of the smaller portion sizes. I did not feel like this, though, as the taste was heavenly. Ambience and Decor: The ambience feels like the courtyard of a South Indian household. The soulful Carnatic music, ample light flowing in through big glass windows, and servers dressed in traditional South Indian attires further enhance the authenticity of the entire setup. Overall Experience: The overall experience was absolutely wonderful, and I definitely recommend the restaurant to everyone reading this review. Please go ahead and try it. You will not regret it. Must-Have Dishes from the Menu: Vasantha Neer - A sweet concoction of fresh coconut water, coconut cream, and honey. Thengai Paal Rasam - Coconut milk and ghee soup. From the Kongu Nadu region, Tamil Nadu. Non-veg platter - Neikaranpatti Narukattu Gola Urundai – minced mutton meatballs, Pallipalayam Chicken - spicy chicken, and Yeral Varuval – pan-tossed prawns. P.S. I'm a vegetarian, but my sister tried these non-vegetarian dishes, and she highly recommends them. Vegetarian platter - Beetroot Gola Urundai – deep-fried beetroot balls with masalas, Pallipalayam Kalaan – a mushroom preparation, and Paneer Monica – deep-fried cottage cheese marinated in ginger-garlic paste. Non-veg mains - Pollachi Kari Pulabamu (a mutton gravy preparation) with Bun Parota (multi-layered crunchy parota). Mutton Biryani prepared with Sira Ga Sambu rice. Veg mains - Kaalam Therakalli (gravy mushroom) and Thengai Kaadu (coconut and yoghurt pachdi). Desserts - Badam Halwa, Kabuniachi Halwa (made with ground black rice from Burma, ghee, pistachio, nuts), and Ellinair pudding (coconut water pudding). Coffee - Make sure to end your meal with a heavenly cup of Filter Kaapi. Pro Tip: Please ditch the regular South Indian dishes like Dosa, Vada, Idli or Sambhar at this restaurant and try new elements from the menu. If you cannot decide, just go ahead with the must-have dishes that I've suggested, or ask the head Chef for their recommendations.

Exceptional in terms of service, quality standards, food and hygiene. Their filter coffee is unmatched in taste and authenticity. Starters as well as the main course remains flavourful and delicious. Their care and attention towards their customers is notably admirable.

Savya Rasa is a fairly new South Indian fine dining restaurant opened in the newly renovated Dlf Avenue Saket . The decor is authentic with wooden pillars and hand painted walls making it a perfect ambience to enjoy a great meal. The menu comprises of both authentic vegetarian and non vegetarian delicacies. I visited the place for lunch. The place has lots of natural lighting coming from the glass windows. We started with the l Pineapple rasam. It was the first time I tried a pineapple rasam. It was sweet ,sour and had a tang to it making it a great soup to start your meal with. We were also served some poppadoms with it . For starters , we went for Kappa Cutlets which were deep fried cutlets made out of tapioca. This is something you will not see on regular restaurant menus. Slightly sweet , the highlight was the coconut chutney that came along with it. Must try . Also loved the Paneer Ghee roast starter which had paneer ghee roast topped on deep fried mini flaky parontta. Absolutely bang on flavours . The crisp parotta and the soft paneer made a perfect combination and ofcourse it tasted great . For mains I had the supersoft thin Appams with the Vegetable Stew . If you are looking for a dish to come your senses and taste buds this is the dish. It was very mild and just suitable for my palate which does not like super spicy food but if you are the kind who likes spice in their life , they have lots of great options. The Bun parotta is also a must try in the bread section. It's a fluffy parotta that goes really well with their gravies . Sweet endings to this meal was done with Kavuni Arise Halwa . It is a dessert made with Kavuni rice and was something I had never tried before . A rice halwa tasting so good surprised me. I loved it. Savya Rasa is not your regular South Indian place . They have a very well curated menu and a number of signature dishes on the menu which is worth giving a try . Do visit.

Savya Rasa is located at Commons, DLF Avenue, Saket. It is beautiful, cozy restaurant which serves finger licking South Indian Food from Kerala, Andhra, Mangalore and chettinad. We started our meal with delicious Tomato rasam made with coconut milk. With our appetizers we ordered their delicious and very very different Mocktails Kadi Patta Mojito and Nannari Sherbet. Also had chilled Pineapple Rasam Rasatini. In appetizers had Seer/ Surmai Fish in Banana Leaf and Pan fried chicken in authentic South Indian masala and coconut. Fish lovers don't miss the fish in banana leaf called Pollichathu. In the mains i had one of the most delicious Prawn Curry with Appam and my husband had Mutton made with drumstick and eggplant with Bun Parotta. The mutton was so well cooked that it was melting in our mouth. The Bun Parotta was one of the flakiest bread you will ever have! We also had their Chicken Biryani which was way different than hyderabadi or lukhnowi. It was spicy and had juicy pieces of chicken. It was served with coconut raita. Don't miss their Delicious black rice halwa called Kawuni Halwa. It was out of the world delicious ? I love South Indian cuisine especially their Non veg dishes and Savya Rasa is a must visit place for that!
