Sekhar Belluve (Casabianca) - As there is no option of zero, you are lucky to get one star. They promised Dec-2016, this is JAN 2018, my flat is still not ready. Status of pending work is still PENDING. My bad, I took a wrong decision.

One of the finest builders whoever I seen...we can trust them there is no 2words,,they delivered what they offered ,,,major impact thing is quality it's one of best finished things ...and new sculpture is introduce at all new project...tq for urs service..am very happy to say above things.?❤️

Hi Please read this and before investing your money and effort with this developer, think 500 times.There are so many reasons listed below. Tag line - Your Dream, Our Passion - It should change to Your Dream, We will screw it Nicely OVERVIEW should be changed to The amenities offered you will not get it, only things you are getting is Frustration, BP problem and other health issues that definitely not make your life more convenient and enjoyable. WHY Not BUY A FLAT IN SEKHAR CASABIANCA? Ready To Move - later you will regrate why you moved in Italian Theme - only name is italian 12 lifestyle Amenities - dont even think about the amenities, PanchVarsiya Yogana, that to not guranteed Imported UK bath fittings - Dont ask, need to have one KT session to use Imported Wooden flooring in all bedrooms - Imported.... ha ha ha SPECIFICATION Doors: Main Doors: attractive veneer designed Shutters only in front side, don't even ask for back side. Internal Doors: no Designers shutter Windows: Designer wooden finish 3 track aluminium frames with ss mosquito mesh with safety Grills.-- designer wooden finish??????? Gym: Wooden Flooring.--- not yet Multifunction Hall: Wooden Flooring. not started the work till now. Balcony: Anti-skid ceramic flooring tiles.--Few provided there own tiles because they told stock finished and it will take time to get the tiles. Kitchen Platform: 20 mm low quality granite platform without having proper finish. Electrification:Provision for exhaust fan not in Kitchen. forgot about exhaust fan they are not providing Chimney hole also.you have to pay extra for Chimney core cutting. Plumbing: lots of seepage and plumbing issues, you will get to know after shifting only. Polish: not yet done Water Supply: water quality is very bad, initially told they will provide RO, but later they are telling they can provide softener that too is still not installed. we are depended on tankers. Communication: Intercom not yet provided, only wires got installed from last 2 months. Lift: very small defective lifts in all the blocks. that lift somehow accommodate 4 persons. Generator: till now small DG provided which didn't support lift and fridge, god knows when they provide big one (they promised to provide big DG). Security: no CCTV yet, when asked they are telling it will be installed but from last 2 months no progress. CCTv surveillance on entry or exit... please let us know also if you can find entry and exit gate.:)... security room.. forget about that... It's your money, your decision... Be careful

It's been almost an year passed since "Sekhar Belluve" formally known as "Sekhar Casabianca" had promised to deliver their Italian condominium project with Dec 2016 possession date along with their mesmerizing world class level promises. I was pulled in this dark direction when I bought a flat in their venture back in 2015 Dec, and I can't express how much I regret about it every day ever since. As it turns out , Sekhar Developers are not only incapable of delivering project with basic facilities within stipulated time but also sucks at people management, customer orientation, value for money and timely delivery. I had seen more than five sales manager and countless CRM have left company within span of 2 years b'cos of their miserable management and greedy attitude. "If you are living a peaceful life and expect havoc with constant irritation, frustration and disappointments.... You are welcome to part of their fake investment journey." I have no words to express how much disappointed I have been in last two years after investing into their venture. So I would advise people out there to do authentic research and talk to owners before making any life time decision. It's your life and your hard earned money, you definitely deserve some mind peace in a city like bangalore after HOME comes into your thoughts. Happy Home hunting ...don't get trapped and haunted forever by fake developers like Sekhar Developers !!!

Dear all, pls do not believe in fake messages who are supporting this builder. Me & my wife have done a biggest mistake buying their flat, only after booking flat here we had come to know the builders arrogance & pathetic service. We had paid our hard earned money investing here & got cheated away. Had paid 2lakhs for the amenities as they promised to provide all facilities, but then we realized we got cheated royally. Those investing in Sekhar group, will be at your own risk. Do not pls suffer like us.

Guys please read this review carefully. The builder is really arrogant and a cheater. Sekhar developers is worse than Dreams Infra. They are looting people. Before investing in any of there projects I would suggest you to take reviews from the people who are already staying in Sekhar Hyde park. Meet them personally and get reviews before investing. There first project itself is under litigation and is still not completed. Stay away from this builder even if you get the right price.
