Knowing them well, delivery is managed well as when stock is allocated to them by Indane and not entirely upto the distribution agency to have it their way. Average delivery time of 2-3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entrance is via basement. The gas trucks cover the entrance most of the time and it makes it very difficult to approach the office.
Delivery guys ask for 30-40 rs tips for delivering cylinder to home. I would recommend always book your cylinder in indane app and make all payments online. We can complain on the delivery charges in the app and the next time delivery guy will not ask anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with a cylinder distributor. Thw agency is never reachable through any of their contact numbers. The numbers are either put of coverage area or busy. Giving a gas leak complaint is next to impossible. They are absolutely careless and are in no was interested in customer service

If we call them and report no proper response, the delivery person will say weight and leak checking machine is not providing and the owner say it is available and they are not using, only blame game goes on
