★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As has been mentioned by other reviewers the service quality is okay but location is very very annoying. Makes life difficult for both customers and employees. With promt staff and product knowledge, you'd breeze through the activity. Just check if the issues highlighted by you are resolved.
Update (March 22)- I have been facing an issue with the vehicle and took it to them for the 7th time still they couldn't fix the issue. Fix far, they couldn't identify the cause only! They're using trial and error method. The customer service team is excellent at following up but operations happen to be a disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I get some knowledge after visiting this Service Centre of Honda, Satisfied services and well response. Polite workmen but be aware of them too ? because they also follow 'Makkhan mar kar dhakkan pahnana' ?. Like they always are suggestive sellers either products are available or not. And really don't know why they don't have all the spare parts on time. Most of the parts not available always.
Giving it 4/5 for their services, politeness and some cleanliness.
Overall it's good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most third class service. Near about cost of my scooty already paid for servicing here. Untrained mechanic broke my scooty front panel while opening a screw with a hammer, yes hammer, no damage charge provided by them. The service consultant argued with me that the panel was broken earlier. Each time service charge became 2500-3000, but scooty remains faulty and noisy after service. Never go there. Get service from local mechanic, at least you can see what servicing they are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its was a great experience here....Servicing starts from morning 7 am to 7 pm...they checked everything and did exactly what is required..there is a customer resting lounge also which is fully AC and you can see your vehicle getting serviced.....its located near Aryans School.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Work shop provided good service..It is located near The Aryan School in Kamarhati..Service opens at 8 AM..it is first come first serve basis..the waiting area is good, clean, has AC, TV and water..the service was quick.. Recommend to pre book the slot..
