★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there would be facility of negative star, I would prefer to mark it in minus. I am at Pune and expecting my parcel from Ahmedabad.I waited for 5 days and then called Pune office. Even the address in google is wrong. how come Kasba Peth and Nagar Road are same. Back to my story,they return the parcel to regional(mumbai) office with comment:'No service'. They don't even bother to call addressee. Their delivery man does not get paid for calling addressee also. The lady on call is rude, does not know even the location where she is working, or may be, she is a great liar. Pathetic service. Never ever send courier via this service. My point is : If they don't provide service is some specific area, why they take booking? And after taking booking, isn't it their responsibility to call the receiver? Miser, disorganized and lethargic people.
