★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice but with lot of restrictions.not good for Batchelors. Also the rent is too much can't be afforded by a batchelor. It will take your monthly expenditure to 25k. Very sad place not at all a happening place. in the name of ammenities their is a gym and a swimming pool. The pool is not been used for some decades and gym also sucks as there are is max 1 person can be seen in a gym.
