Worst service.No variety in jewellery.Never deliver your material on time also the making charges are very high. Very worst service.They dont have any value and respect of customers also dont have manners to talk to customer.Cheaters.Product quality is very bad.I have purchased a ring from here for that i have to take 5 rounds of that shop and also for resizing of the ring they took much time the ring is not that good in terms of quality.Literally Very bad experience will suggest every one not to go shubam jewellers ever.

Reading other reviews, I requested for a purity check to validate their claims which they denied stating that it was not worth their time. I had to leave saying that it was not worth my money then. Dont waste your time on them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud alert: Went to the store for a minimal fix on a chain. Since they were asking for a high charge, we asked for a check on purity. This South Indian lady(dont care about south or north… just mentioning so that people can be aware of her) takes another piece and puts in the machine and then took it out after showing us 91%. When we asked about what she took out, she kept on saying nothing and refused to show her hand. It simply means that what they were giving to us was of lower purity and that high percentage was due to the piece that she had kept. The owner(some K K) came out and diverted our attention and was also very disrespectful. Cutting to chase, later we asked for the product and said we will get it tested outside and go to consumer forum post which they refused to give us the chain itself and said, we will put older piece in and then only return. Please save your money and more importantly time and piece of mind and visit some other jewellers. For whatever reason, if you have to go there, i have one advice for you, DON’T!!
