1. Away from mainstream traffic, pollution and blocks
2. Considerably peaceful locality
3. Landscape attempted for good maintenance
Cons :
1. Water is not drinkable. Water purifier is must
2. Electricity fluctuates quite often and damages equipments
3. Landscape has very less indigenous plants, not much bird movement in area apart from Pigeons
4. Safety is biggest concern. Anyone can enter in the society premises from various entrances. No control / surveillance over entries
5. Unfinished work in almost every apartment e.g not all lifts goes to lower basement, some buildings have incomplete podium constructed, entrance / exit gates not functional though constructed
6. Once purchase us complete, builders team will not entertain you at all even if your challenges are critical
7. Construction material quality is poor
8. Near by areas are not well planned, which impacts overall feeling about area
9. Entrance towards road to Songbird society from main road is too narrow, as people park vehicles on both side near entrance itself
10. Ram river shown in pictures gets water only during heavy rains
11. Lack of proper waste management
12. No solar systems in place to save electricity consumption. Half of the day they burn Diesel to provide power back up
13. Quarterly maintenance around 10,000

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skyi song birds is an integrated apartment complex. Very well maintained parking space security check post at the entrance kids play ground club house and all other amenities are here. Only thing roads connectivity as roads are currently very small like good for small cars. May be in future there is plan to develop bigger roads. Outside of Pune nearly 4K from Chandni Chowk & 2KM from Bhugaon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean society to stay in. It has common campus with tower 13, 11, 8 & 7. Also this tower has common garden which is well maintained. It is with good security and with power backup for the flats and the lifts. There is separate lift for the big materials to carry and also designated parking for all flats. Good stay for bachelor and family as this is very quite residential area away from the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is beautiful but builder does not deliver the promises. I have been promised 2 parking for my 3BHK, however he had only allocated only one parking and that also not covered. I am following up for past few months but there is no response from builder.
