★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have read all the reviews, i found that every one is writing about scenery from around the project, & ignoring to write abut the basic things that are required like what is the status of drinking & usable water?? no doubt the builder has 4 boring in his project, but looking to the future prospective, did he has taken the approval/ connection line for the PMC water line??
is there solar water heater available for building ??
How these things are currently managed.
i would like to know more about this thing by the residential people, at the one society so that it will be guidance / helpful to the people who is looking forward to book here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice society to stay. Till now road is not constructed. Water is not filtered properly. Senior citizens park is missing which is provided previously in the design. And one more thing solar panels are not available which builder promised us at the time of purchase of the Property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No approach road to society... Abhinaav group is telling that road will be built but there is issue with Local people which is why approach road is still not constructed. I’m living here since 1.5 years and still builder is giving false commitments. Also there is no RO plant as such. Its just a softner which is of no use and dirt comes in tap water leading to jamming of your RO filter. In catalogue they are telling about solar water heater but it is not available. Earlier Abhinav group staff use to reply to mails but now they do not respond to the customers issues. The maintenance personnel available is having less knowledge and poor management skills. They are just useless. So if you want flat here get these details documented from builder as after purchase they don’t even respond to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently shifted here. It's an amazing place to live. Serene views with cozy rooms make it a perfect home. Nice experience to be here. Builder and staff is so cooperative. Also, the layout of flats here are designed with minute things a family would need. M loving it right now!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best property in locality like bhugaon. Well designed and average priced. Sooner or later the site will be along the road side as the Highway construction gets started.
Talking about room sizes decent and quiet big size. Gallery of any flat in this particular site is actually very scenic except the first few floors.
Well managed parking and beautiful club house
Children play area and good security.
