★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Good Project...Only problem is that builder delayed the project which is not accepted to some of the flat owners.
If you have patience then you must buy flat in this project and once visit the site before buying. The employees of the project are very good.

Worst expirience on my 1st inspection, 13th March 2021. Balcony grill has big gaps in between, small kid can easily pass through it. Absolutely no safety taken care there. Leakage found in my bedroom. Cheap quality wooden doors assembled with broken screws. Rest you can see pics and decide for yourself.
CRM team is pathetic, every month a new person is assigned and they dont care to answer customer's questions and concerns.
Builder is asking people to take fit out possesions as the actual OC/CC is going to take time.
Please book flats at your own risk.

The township is best in the place bhukum, near manas lake. Project by Skyi is really good but only one thing which was disappointing was the “delayed possession”. They failed their commitment of delivery and hence many customers are not happy. Recently I visited to see tower 1 to 7 and found that Tower -1 & 2 have got possession. Tower 3 & 5 have started getting possession and soon Tower -7 is also going to start with possession.
I have also booked my flat in Tower-7 and hoping to get the delivery asap now.
Work quality of the township looks good, parking space is decent. Hope to see a good picture when the complete township is ready with all the amenities.
Also I liked one notice by the society, which they have shown near the entrance for tenants and visitors. All the rules and regulations are mentioned clearly.
I hope Skyi doesn’t further delay the project and upset more of its customers.
Latest update : 12th March 2022
Tower 7 :- they have started giving customers site visit against final inspection for delivery.
Possession is being given from March 2022 (may be Skyi’s March end targets ?)
Overall - project quality is good, construction done well, solar system available for all master bedrooms, all the fittings & work is nicely done.
Skyi will win customer hearts even after giving delayed possession due to good quality work.
