★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have started my classes with Soham a month back. I am so happy with my experience with Pooja(our instructor) who gives us home classes. I have already started feeling energectic and light weighted.
She does different asans every day which makes the class fun and not boring.
She is considerate about our body type and tells us numerous home remedies for sour muscles and body pain.
I would recommend Soham to all those who want to give Yoga a try.
