You just list out the points you can think in the flat which can go wrong and you will experience the same in the home
Wat shown in sample flat and what is given ...totally different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This builder doesn't have courtesy to talk to customer. There's no parking space left in society. Also he is selling flats in parking space made by him. In our society if there is emergency fire brigade cannot come to the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love to live here. This residency is calm and mostly filled with surrounding beautiful nature. Mostly in Rainy days you will see greenery around this residency due to the farm near.
This Residency always looks clean. We can spend time in Garden to relax.
Most of all we could see every shops near this residency, so can buy anything from nearer shops.
