★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet connectivity is good for the most part. Hassle free recharge. They do not have separate bandwidth for different sites. They provide the same speed throughout. Rates are very reasonable. Dedicated team for issue resolving and comparatively best internet plans as compared to others in terms of SPEED and PRICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an IT professional and live near Premlok Park area in Chinchwad. Recently opted for their broadband services. It has been more than 3 months and their service has been excellent. There is hardly any internet downtime and the speed is always what they claimed on the brochure. There were others like Tikona and Hathway who approached but these guys were genuine and had assured me the service i.e. after sales service. It's been hardly only once in this Lockdown, the internet was down for major reason otherwise they always respond if you call them. Even before the lockdown, when the internet went down, they quickly sent their technicians on our terrace, investigated the problem and informed us the real reason. I definitely recommend their services as they are very hard working and seems they take their business seriously. Value for money service along with reasonable costs - A Happy Customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't thank enough for Spider Broadband for the internet services they have provided me. I had opted for a 10 mbps plan previously but since the speed was as they claimed therefore I now have upgraded to a 15 mbps plan where the service is even better. I won't say it is the best internet service I have ever seen but it gets the job done. This service has helped me throughout my exams and courses during lockdown and believe my I don't regret my decision to choose this service at all. Lastly I would say I am a happy customer moreover a satisfied one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iv been using this for 3 months. Only getting 9Mbps for a 50Mbps plan.
This has the worst download speeds. Took me 15minutes to just download a 30Mb file.
Customer service is pathetic. No response inspite of multiple screenshots showing bad speeds.
