★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never rent or own a house which has window or balcony in the open area on the ground floor... it's hell.. with all the kids and people around most of the time ... You will never get a quiet evnironment..especially evening... Plus the rent and maintenance is exorbitant comapred to the quality of service provided. *Highty Unrecommended*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best apartments around. Has a swimming pool, gym, 2 badminton courts, children's play areas. There's a generator, for when the power goes out. The building is well-maintained and has a good committee that looks after well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a 6 year old property, the apartment looks well maintained. It has close proximity to school and offices making it an excellent location but the downside of that is continuous construction in near by localities, and proximity to outer ring road fuels lot of pollution( PM2.5 particulate). Gear road on which property is located, works as parallel road to outer ring road, hosting many high rise buildings and hence lot of traffic plus pollution, killing groundwater level. Most of the units in apartment do not get good natural light, as many have pointed. In my opinion, it is more like workhorse and wont be luxury brand backing your address, like sobha, prestige (Comparing because of the insanely high price estimates by the sellers). If you are intrested in buying an apartment, please don't negotiate on seller price (overly quoted), couple of transcations/registrations happened at 5.5k/sqft to 5.7k/sqft( compared to seller quoting 7k/sqft) range this month. Do your home work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know someone who lives in this apartment and make frequent visits. After Owners Association has taken over the maintenance, it's been good. I find the community good and engaging. The community get together for festivals and new year celebrations and seen some of them. It was good.

They have swimming pool, kids playing area, club house etc.
Interior is also well furnished. People staying at ground floor will face problems if their flat is beside the kids playing area. Easy access to supet marker & vegetable vendor sits beside this apartment.
Spacious parking lot with multiple building blocks.
It's worth giving 23k/m as rent without maintaince. Overall my experience being there was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shraddha palmera apartment is located behind the back gate of Cisco, Kadubeesanhalli.It's one of the best society to live in with all the basic amenities available like parking, playing area for kids, swimming pool, gym, library. The society is well maintained and is filled with lush greenery. The flats are also well structured with proper ventilation and seperate washroom for each rooms. The society also celebrates all the festival which creates a unique bonding amongst the residents.
