★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flat is fine. The photo attached shows the front facing road which is always calm. Flat rent is a little over priced. But considering the accessibility to bus stop, commutation is easy. The adjacent street is very poorly maintained. But the locality is descent & it's a perfect mixture of commerical & residential area.
