I got my RTPCR done from here and I was committed that I will receive my report the next day but report never came even after multiple follow ups.
Dint expect such kind of service by SRL brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best lab in Tilak nagar. I did my blood test and RTPCR for my mom. Despite of all slots fully booked, they arranged to send their technician home for test. Reports were little delayed due to spike in the RTPCR test, but mainly also because they were positive. But, the staff was very warm and polite and answered every concern of mine. I will be taking up all my and my family’s test here.
