I bought Ntorq 125 in month of August'19. The product delivered was March 2019 made. Irrespective of highlighting this, the sales guy Nikhil misguided about the fresh stock. It seems they sale fresh stock from their main showroom in Shahibag and this shop is a window to clear older stock.
And then, they made the error in our names, and the RC card was submitted to them in September 2019 which still is not getting corrected and finally was told that owner has to visit RTO. The sales guy is rude and unapologetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't get into AMC with this center a big cheat he will keep advising you to change parts as recommended by OEM I refused to change parts since I already owned TVS before this purchase and it was trouble free maintained by local garage, then in the third service he suspected changed parts and the vehicle on delivery was performing as if a scrap vehicle, since I am working professional I went to the place 5 day's after suspecting fowl play asked him to show cctv footage of my vehicle but he said they don't have backup, I was forced to pay rs 3000 get the vehicle to normal, I didn't take the remaining service, they are number one cheat now my vehicle maintained by local garage no issues. Please please don't get into Any AMC with this center or get paid service from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. They asked me to arrive at the service center early at 8.15 am when they themselves arrive at 9. They kept me waiting. The manager mr pradip was so rude he casually said it's my mistake that I have arrived on time.
I feel it's a mistake that I opted for TVS.
