Nobody in the company that we were getting in touch were able to provide information either. Eventually after 2 months when someone finally gave an update it was incomplete. Bad experience with the service.

While selling it the sales person Sureen had made tall promises about the quality of service but now is not even to be found. He is dodging my calls and the store manager's phone is switched off. If someone cares about customers in this godforsaken place then please get in touch

Bought 4 recliners, within 5-8 months two of them have started making creaking noises and despite repeated calls , I am yet to receive service!
No a great product to spend money on nor do business with! Beware!
