★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As common man I trust SBI. However the service provided on home loan is very bad.
Had plan to purchase resale property from well known builder with all documents in line on the expectation. However the process it catered on this digital journey was very bad. Going for unnecessary 2nd legal opinion , seller KYC and address verification everything was troublesome. I would sincerely recommend to go with other bank atleast you can have peace full processing of your document. If today is registration yet they have issue with disbursement for the sanctioned amount.
Overall not fit for this new era of digital living.
Very bad response.
They themself not aware which documents required.
Lack of process and communication.
No indication of support and RM for house loan processing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There should be negative ranking, organizations such as this(not blaming entire SBI but this particular branch) needs to be reassigned to responsible employees. I have had good interactions with other branches but this really shatters the whole confidence I had in SBI Bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -100 if I could because I kept roaming around to find the place. Atleast somewhere the address should be marked correctly and SBI should take the initiative to ensure that at all times. Very disappointed.
Also if people do find that this is the wrong location, dont just stop with a review, suggest an edit - it would have saved my 2 hours of roaming around trying to find the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've visited this branch many times for my loans. The process of applying loan is made a bit more straightforward these days. No processing fee when I applied recently.
No car parking available for customers. I usually park in inside roads where its not near any gate. However, watch-out for parking fines by cops. It's best to visit this branch through a cab, to avoid parking hassel.
It takes around 1 hour to finish home loan application, if all documents are ready. It takes 1.5 hours of time for the 2nd visit when you sign for processing the loan. It takes more than 2+ hours during your visit before registration. You will have token and expect long queue.
There is a cafe next door (Bistro Clayton) for a quick sandwich or coffee. To avoid back and forth, always check the list of documents before visiting the branch for applying or processing home loan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If we are allowed to give 0 Star, I would have given 0 Star. These guys never respond to our phone calls or emails. They expect like you have to go to branch everytime for a simple query as well. It is not only this branch most of the SBI branches are like this. They simply don't care about their customers. Sometimes you have to spend whole day for just 10 mins of work. Either the staff will not be available or you will not get proper response. Stay away from this branch if you want to take homeloan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most pathetic SBI branch in India with complete lack of responsibility and accountability in a city like Bangalore. They don't respond via email or respond to phone calls and closing a home loan is a nightmare. Don't take loan again this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is hopeless. I have seen SBI branches before even in other states. But this is the worst experience I have ever had. Branch officers are irresponsible and they think that customers are on road and behave as if they are the owners of the bank. Especially Lady officer ( I do not want to name) who is in home loan wing behaviour with customer is the worst. She will not lift her calls and will not reply also when you go in person in a proper way. You need to stand before her to get the response. Even that response also will be very rude. Horrible experience I had. Never ever go to this bank for loan. No higher ups to monitor. Worst experience I have evr had in my life with banking sector.....
